Customer Satisfaction Survey

The University of Brighton commissioned us to independently evaluate the effectiveness of its Gatwick-area presence. We designed an incentivised online survey focused on brand awareness, customer satisfaction and marketing impact which was distributed to all of their business ‘customers’. Following fieldwork and analysis of the findings, Jo delivered a report with recommendations to help the University refine its business engagement strategy.
