The Prowse team has in-depth knowledge of the issues relating to the equality and diversity agenda and in particular within the area of trade and enterprise.

Since 2006, Prowse has supported the women’s enterprise agenda working with national and regional government and business support organisations. We have worked with the national Women’s Enterprise Task Force and the South East England Development Agency, helping to deliver its Women’s Enterprise Advocates Programme and Ambassadors Network. Our work has included raising the profile of women business-owners in the media, delivering training workshops and networking events.

This experience enables us to recognise the needs and values of women business owners and of those considering the step into enterprise or self employment. This insight is also of benefit to companies seeking to target women business owners.
